Our water jacket CO2 Incubators provide a stable in-vitro growth environment by heating the chamber walls utilizing water. The water circulates within the jacket walls producing temperature uniformity, while guaranteeing optimal growth for cell and tissue with the humidity and oxygen controls (model dependent). The CO2 Incubators – water jacket are equipped with a micro-computer control system specifically designed to achieve precise control requirements of the chamber’s environment, these incubators provide the best programmable conditions for culture growth. A unique built-in HEPA filtration system filters fresh air into the pump while continuously filtering the internal chamber. The interior chamber is constantly maintained at positive pressure similar to an ISO Class 5 Cleanroom. Depending on the selected model, the infrared (IR) CO2 sensor provides stable outputs with less frequent calibrations needed.Relative humidity and hypoxia (Oxygen) sensors as well as decontamination cycles are available depending on the model. The water jacket CO2 Incubators do have a dual chamber design for maximum workflow within limited laboratory space.
