Water-Jacketed Microbiological CO2 Incubators provide a stable in-vitro growth environment by heating the chamber walls utilizing water. Water circulates within the jacket walls producing temperature uniformity, while the optimum growth for cell and tissue is guaranteed by the humidity and oxygen controls (model dependent).
Equipped with a microcomputer based control system specifically designed to service the precise control requirements of the chamber’s environment, these incubators provide the best programmable conditions for culture growth. A unique HEPA filtration system filters fresh air into the pump while continuously filtering the internal chamber.
The interior chamber is constantly maintained at positive pressure similar to an ISO Class 5 Cleanroom. Depending on the selected model, the infrared (IR) CO2 sensor provides stable outputs requiring less calibration.
Relative humidity and hypoxia (Oxygen) sensors as well as Decontamination Cycles are available depending on the chosen model, in addition to the dual chamber configuration, maximizing workflow while saving laboratory space.
