In vacuum applications, the cold trap baths provide freezing temperature to condensate and remove vapour and moisture from being evacuated through the vacuum line, in order to protect the vacuum pump from corrosion. Our cold trap baths are available in two capacities 2.8L and 7.2L. Operating at a freezing temperature of -55°C or -85°C, they are needed in laboratory applications such as reactors, vacuum evaporators or vacuum centrifuges, freeze drying and desiccation. All models are built from durable epoxy powder coated metallic casing and corrosion resistant seamless Stainless Steel 304 interior. They are equipped with digital PID Controller with LED Display, sensor disconnection alarm and over current cut-off (electric leakage breaker).
