Shaking Water Baths, also known as Reciprocating Water Baths, are designed to handle a wide variety of applications.These baths can be used in molecular biology protocols (such as hybridization), bacterial culturing, as well as in solubility and metabolism studies. shaking water baths are ideal for thawing, heating, mixing and shaking samples. The continuous shaking, for microbiological practices, enables liquid-grown cell cultures to continuously mix with the air.They are designed to deliver precise temperature control and a smooth reciprocal horizontal shaking motion.The available capacities vary from 17 L to 50 L. Depending on the models, the temperature ranges can either be +/- 5 °C above ambient up to 99°C.Shaking speed is variable, and does not always need to be turned on for our shaking baths can reach up to 200 RPM.
