Hybridization Ovens are widely used for hybridization processes in laboratories, offering better agitation and higher throughput than regular ovens. Main applications include: Molecular Biology Assays, Southern (DNA) Hybridization, Northern (RNA) Hybridization and Western Blot. Our Hybridization Ovens are designed for incubation to take place inside the oven, with a constant rotation for an even distribution of the probe solution over the membrane. The Hybridization Ovens feature fan assisted airflow systems circulating air evenly and continuously, delivering excellent temperature uniformity. This system ensures fast recovery of chamber temperature after a door opening. The temperature is monitored by a digital microprocessor with the safety control and thermal cut-off.In addition, the chamber’s rotation allows for hybridization and washing at different speeds at the touch of a dial, while a separate switch allows for incremental rotation for easy loading and unloading.
