These reliable and high-quality absorbance microplate elisa readers allow for flexible use of filters or monochromators for a wide range of detection modes: Ultra-fast UV/ VIS absorbance, fluorescence intensity, time-resolved fluorescence, time-resolved FRET, luminescence and AlphaScreen. The filters or monochromators are placed on the emission and detection side, between the sample and detector, for increased sensitivity and specificity.In addition to the reading speed and the high sensitivity features, the systems accommodate 96, 384 and 1536 well microplates, for higher throughput screening. A built-in incubator and shaker can be added for effective mixing, and to ensure temperature accuracy and uniformity.The absorbance microplate elisa readers can be supplied with a stacker that could handle up to 50 microplates allowing for automation, consistency and an efficient increase in the workflow.
